Community Hive’s Meals on Wheels program for the Ephrata and Cocalico communities is dedicated to helping neighbors maintain their independence, health, and dignity by delivering nutritious hot and cold meals each day—along with a friendly check-in and meaningful human connection. As a proud member of Meals on Wheels America, the program offers affordable daily meals, with options available for specialized dietary needs, and flexible support for those facing financial challenges. Individuals interested in receiving meals can connect with the program coordinator on weekday mornings, while community members looking to give back are encouraged to volunteer as reliable delivery drivers during the late morning hours. Community Support Services

Community Hive’s Community Support Services services are designed to help individuals and families across Northern Lancaster County move toward lasting stability. Through a personalized, case-by-case approach, the team connects neighbors with valuable community resources, educational opportunities, and targeted financial assistance based on income and level of need. More than short-term relief, the program focuses on building a sustainable path forward—often incorporating budgeting, savings, or other skill-building guidance. Housing

Community Hive’s Builders of Hope program offers transitional housing for families in the Ephrata and Cocalico School Districts, providing a supportive bridge toward long-term independence. This 6–12 month program places families in apartment-style housing while equipping them with essential tools for success, including budgeting guidance, case management, and one-on-one mentorship. With a focus on stability and self-sufficiency, participants are required to maintain employment as they work toward a stronger future.
